Favorite Things: Ms. Faux's Fall Favorites

So fall is upon us.  The air is getting crisper.  The leaves are turning then falling.  This is Ms. Faux's favorite time of year and here are a few of my favorite things to get me through.

Well I wouldn't be American if I didn't fall into the Pumpkin Spice haze that we all seem to become slave to you.  The only thing is that Ms. Faux now is a bit of a snob about it.  I still say the best pumpkin spice coffee additive has been from Starbucks.  The only problem is that I hate their coffee.  Now I have options because just recently at Sur la Table I discovered...

Sur la Table Pumpkin Spice Latte Syrup $15 at SurlaTable.com
What is it?  According to Sur la Table...

Handcrafted in small batches, our syrup captures the spicy warmth of a freshly baked pumpkin pie, adding rich fall flavor to coffee drinks and desserts. Made exclusively for us by the experts at Sonoma Syrup Co., our Pumpkin Spice Latte Syrup features a blend of all-natural pumpkin purée and premium spices—including Vietnamese cinnamon, Indian nutmeg, and Tahitian and Madagascar vanilla bean extract.

What does Ms. Faux think?

Like I said... It gets it right.  It is soooooooo delicious, warm and the perfect accompaniment to espresso drinks... especially the latte for which it is formulated.  Seriously... don't trust me, try it for yourself.  You won't be disappointed.

Next is my favorite incense...

Paine's Balsam Fir Incense $5 at PaineProducts.com
What is it?  According to PaineProducts.com...

24 PCS OF 2″ BALSAM STICKS WITH HOLDER.

What does Ms. Faux think?

O.k. Paine Products is not real verbose about their product, but what do you need to know.  It is pine.  It is incense.  Right?  No... it is the most delicious pine incense that mimics that cuddly warm fire in the fireplace.  Why not just build a fire?  Ya'll Ms. Faux lives in a Chicago Apartment.  We don't get many fireplaces.  This allows for the smell that is delightful

Lastly... I love to cuddle on the couch with my incense burning, pumpkin spice latte in hand and covered up with my favorite sherpa throw from CostCo.

Now I want to say I spent like $20-$25 for this but honestly I can't find a link to Costco for the throw, only the blanket.  I know they still have them though as I was there just the other day and they were stocked well.

It is the softest and warmest throw I own.  It also is the perfect size for lounging on the couch.  Not to big.  Not to little.  Just right.  Also you know who loves it...

This guy!  He loves it and cuddles up on the couch with Ms. Faux.

So there you go.  Just a few things to get your fall started right.

Do you use any of these products?

What are your favorite products?

Also if ya'll love it please tell all of your friends and follow her on the following sites.  If you don't... tell your enemies and just sit back and laugh at how they were sent to my ramblings.  And remember... if you don't look good, then Ms. Faux be lookin' like a damn fool.
