Faux Favorite Holiday Palettes: Tarte High Performance Naturals

So the thing Ms. Faux likes about a good Holiday Palette is to try out new products.  They are typically value packed and the chances are you will be finding at least a thing or two you like.  Which brings me to today's palette.

What does Ms. Faux think?

So Ms. Faux has been preached to about the beauty of these blushes for years, but never has stopped and picked one up.  These are .05 oz. and the regular size blushes are .2 oz. and $28 each.  So they are larger, but lets be real... when have you ever used an entire blush?  If you are like Ms. Faux, you haven't... so these are the perfect size for testing, travel, use, etc...

I have also been preached to, to not swatch these with your finger.  The clay and pigments pick up better on a brush rather than with your finger.  Also the oils of your finger cause your blush to get cruddy, so unfortunately my swatches aren't the best here.

They do indeed have more pigment when using a brush and I see Embellish as part of my immediate fall future.  Entertain however is a gorgeous every day color.

I think these blushes are AMAZING and am happy with the holiday palette sizes .
