Just recently I had the idea of exercise and eating re-framed for me. As with anyone it isn't always the easiest to roll yourself out of bed and exercise or make the healthiest of choices when it comes to food. However the idea that was presented to me is, "you are worth it." You are worth how exercise and eating well makes you feel. You are worth how it helps your health. You are worth how it makes you look. YOU. ARE. WORTH. IT.
So... this one isn't a long one but just wanted to share this gorgeous way of thinking. And remember...
Today's Goals:
1. Did Hot Yoga
2. Treated myself to a decadent breakfast.
3. Took a 3 hour nap without guilt of sleeping away the day.
