We gots China in the hiz! Welcome! Ms. Faux as you can imagine thinks about China at least once a week and that is generally when she is hungry. :) Actually scratch that... probably at least 3 or 4 times a week. She does love your food.
Ms. Faux once had a client named Ms. Xie. All I can remember to this day was this delicious noodle concoction that she once made for me. May go down as one of my top 10 meals of all time. Delicious. One of my top 5 restaurants in Chicago is located in Chinatown in Chicago. I never can remember the name for it, but I always remember the yellow sign with a horse on it. Ms. Xie actually introduced me. I order the same thing every time, a garlic based sauteed dish with a green of some sort and a flat glass like noodle and then those delicious slightly sweetened buns or spongelike cake. Their warm and delicious. That is all I know.
O.k. enough about food as ya'll clearly got that on lockdown and ya'll are making Ms. Faux hungry! You are another country that Ms. Faux is dying to visit. What are your favorite places in your country? I'm putting them on my bucket list.
