What is it? It is an easy-to-use Tinted Brow Pomade that glides onto skin and hair. It is smudge-proof and waterproof formula comes in five shades to coax brows into prime shape and also stands up to humidity. Ms. Faux may have found her brow product to go on her trip to Italy.
Ms Faux has some scars in her left brow due to an unfortunate larat rope incident as a child. Apparently her brother thought she was a steer and roped her head.
I have found pomades to work on sparse brows the best. Perfect fill and it gives more control to the brows you do have so you can kind of work your comb over.
Absolute perfection and I would say easily as good as Anastasia Beverly Hills if you can find your color. That is the only aspect I think Anastasia has over NYX is their color selection.

What is it? Well I do believe Ms. Faux has sang the praises of this palette before on her blog, but it is a palette featuring three shades of Ambient Lighting Powder, the high-tech, soft-focus finishing powder that recreates the most exquisitely flattering types of light.
Ms. Faux is also a lighting designer so she do know what good lighting can do for the complexion. Just a tip: If you are in theatre or entertainment industry, I don't recommend ticking off a lighting designer. They can make you look like hell. Think about it. Hitler used lighting to build a sense of community in Nazi Germany. Lets not go there on your face.
That was rather dark, but here is the truth... lighting is also your friend. No one may have known that better than a true Hollywood Legend Marlene Dietrich.
Did you know Ms. Dietrich knew lighting better than most photographers and videographers that she worked with. She did her own makeup to. Smart cookie and she never had to rely on anyone which makes her FIERCE!!! And now Hourglass has given you all the tools. It is like having your own personal lighting designer in a palette.
So there you go. Ms. Faux's most used items this week. She put on her face and the children are safe.
