My New Favorite Highlighter: Sleek Cosmetics Precious Metals Highlighting Palette

So all of you know that I talk a lot about cosmetics companies that are in the UK.  The reason is when I was in London I fell in love with going to Boots and looking at their version of drugstore make up.  One of my favorite lines was Sleek Cosmetics.

While I did not discover this product there I do look on the Boots.com from time to time and look up particular brands that interest me.  This time I looked up Sleek.  I remember their eyeshadow palettes as being amazing, but what caught my eye this time was their...

That's right.  You can get a lot of these products on Amazon.com.  Now they are going to be a little more expensive.  This palette is about 10 pounds in the U.K., but I think this one is worth it.

What is it?  According to Boots.com...

Product description

This versatile face and body highlighting palette complements all skin tones and includes three luxurious velvet cream formulas and one powder. The iridescent, metallic finishes add a radiant glow and a luminous polish to the skin.

How to Use

• Create subtle or dramatic effects by blending colour using fingertips to the inner corners of the eyes, across the browbone and along the tops of cheekbones. Use an eyeshadow brush for precision and increased intensity
• Using a foundation brush, apply to shoulders, down the centre of the arms and across the décolletage for added radiance

What does Ms. Faux think?

Now this is a definite highlighter.  There is nothing subtle about it, but what I like is the cream consistency of three of the highlighters.  You barely have to tap your finger in them and then place them on your cheek and brow bones, the tip of your nose and on your cupid's bow.  It is a gorgeous highlight and my favorite is the pink champagne color (1st pan 2nd Row).

Now I do think the powder highlight is a little dark for my skin tone in winter, however it will be beautiful in the summer when I have a little more color in my face which is also when you will want to use a powder highlighter more.

The creams however dry to a powder finish and are just gorgeous and complimentary for all skin tones.

What are some of your favorite products?

Have you tried any products from the UK?
