So I will start this off with the Fabulous Mr. David Bowie. Too incredibly sad. He is one, like Lemmy, that made it o.k. to have my mind when I was a child. Even when I was told different by most adults around me, he made it o.k. He will be missed.
Also... this is not a diss to Alan Rickman who was another favorite in terms of actors, but I'm a music gal and well... yeah... Bowie has been in my life much longer. Besides... Alan Rickman will likely be my Fab picture pic next week.
Now onto all the things that kept Ms. Faux from looking a fool.
I'm going to leave the, "What is it?" and the, "What does Ms. Faux think?" alone for now and refer you to this linke (Click Here) for my full recent review.
I do however love this foundation and will expand on my review a little. The coverage is buidable so it is perfect for what Ms. Faux wants, which is a very natural foundation, but the easy of coloring up the small red discoloration on her cheek where she got hit in the face with a softball.
Tip: Not so soft. Still this foundation is great for a light coverage all over and then allows to go back to that one spot to build the coverage up. It also has that amazing dewy look that Ms. Faux favors.
Again I'm going to skip the, "What is it?" and "What does Ms. Faux think?" and send you HERE to my many reviews of this product. It even made Ms. Faux's Best of 2015. I honestly can say this palette has not gotten a good break since I got it. At first it was the shimmery pink shade in the upper right hand corner, then the satiny brown shade in the lower right corner. This week has been dedicated to the two on the left. It is just a gorgeous quad perfect for that healthy dewy look that will be trending this year.

This powder has notoriously gotten some love from beauty bloggers and You Tubers for being similar to that of the more expensive Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder ($25 at Sephora.com). I have tried both and I could not agree more. Seriously save yourself some cash and go with the cheaper version.

This product was made in collaboration with cosmetics YouTuber Jaclyn Hill. If you haven't ever seen her channel do check it out. She is like an energizer bunny on speed and she may be part drag queen which is why I love her.

While I do wear less make up than Ms. Hill the one thing that I do appreciate is that she is always flawless and her highlights are on fire. Perfection.
Seriously the Champagne Pop color is as perfect as Ms. Hill's skin. Warm and inviting and pairs so well with the Sonia Kashuk quad featured above. To give you and idea of the color, it is as if Becca took their two best selling highlighters Moonstone and Opal and then mixed them together.
BAM! Perfection. Also for us pale skined mavens, it gives a bit of a warmer highlight than Moonstone, but a little less than Opal (their best selling highlighter) which is a little too dark for me.

I love it! This is the perfect darker nude for Ms. Faux. I do want to clarify that though because this is sheer and looks nothing like a lip gloss, so don't let that dark shade deter you.
It is for real sheer and settles in like a lovely nude gloss. I would venture to say this is more of a gloss than a lip balm, but I will also say I think it is amazing.
So there you go. There are the top 5 products of the week. What did you think?
Stay tuned because tomorrow Ms. Faux is going to be comparing the two new contour kits from L'Oreal & Maybelline. Check back tomorrow!!!
