So last week's Fab Five Friday almost did not happen and it is going to be a little different. Why? Because... ROAD TRIP! Ms. Faux kind of breaks from her regular beauty routine and goes with those things that are must have's on a road trip.
Also today's Fab Five Friday pic is the impeccable Willie Nelson. Why do I love Willie? Because the man has said what he thinks even in the days when it wasn't at all popular. He is true to himself and has lived his life that way which makes him FABULOUS!

Granted I know Arnie, but I am a comedy snob. This my friends is amazing. Now I know what you are saying, "he's your friend Ms. Faux, you are just going to say you like it." FALSE!. If I didn't like it I just would not mention it. I would go into trying to explain this but the description is enough and I would love to just let this podcast happen to you. I laughed myself to tears.
Now I listen to all kind of music when I'm traveling and I know it seems a bit odd that I would listen to Gloria Steinem and then something like this. Let me explain. When I listen to R. Kelly I listen for two reasons. 1. He can produce a song within an inch of his life. 2. He is an idiot and the lyrics are ridiculous and hilarious. So in other words I am listening to it more for the comedy.
If you are looking for some utter R. Kelly ridiculousness... look no further.
You can find these in most rest stops. Usually I just spring for David's regular sunflower seeds, however these seemed interesting, are vegetarian and sunflower seeds in general give me something to do while I'm driving, even just a little thing to do.

These are the perfect wipe to cleans the skin and not need to hydrate too much after as they are so moisturizing as well. I love them on trips because I don't wear makeup and these can quickly cleanse your face to keep it from feeling greasy, but leave it feeling moisturized.

Extra Chewing Gum - Braces and sunflower seeds aren't cute. Trust. this helps clean your teeth until you can get to a toothbrush but doesn't stick to my braces.
Road Stop Coffee - I don't know why it tastes like the best thing in the world when I'm trying far distances but disgusting any other time.

Neutrogena Moisture Shine Lip Soothers - Such a good lip balm that moisturizes and protects over a long drive. When I get bored I tend to bite or lick my lips. This keeps me from doing so. I love it.
So there it is. Seems silly however this are things that I cannot live without on a road trip. Podcasts, audiobooks, music and a good beverage are tops.
