So far both my sugar and spending challenge has been going well. Allowing fruit has been key because it has given me a way to satiate cravings and there has been some. This is also coming from a person who doesn't really crave sweets like a lot of people. I'm more prone to salt. At any rate... one thing I have noticed is that my stomach is much happier since I have started.
I am prone to reflux and severe stomach pains. At times it has led to many hours of vomiting. I've had endoscopies as well as a slew of other tests and ultimately we found that I just have an inflamed stomach. Sugar is highly inflammatory therefore cutting it has helped tremendously. As of now I have a happy stomach.
No some other inflammation. Since returning from Italy and the non-stop process of moving, I've developed some tendonitis in my foot. One of my favorite things in the world as well is to take an Epsom salt bath and I love the smell of a Milk & Honey bath. Well here is the perfect blend.

What does Ms. Faux think? It is to die for. I have been using epsom salts for years. Usually they are heavily scented with either lavender or eucalyptus, which I love by the way, or not at all. Sometimes however I just want something even more light and soft. I'm a big fan of a milk & honey bath and/or bath products so this is perfect. How much do I love it? I want the body wash which I cannot seem to find. It is delicious.
So there you go. Another FauxPrah Fave! I would go so far to say that I love it as much as my EO Brand Yoga Bath Salts.
Have you tried Dr. Teal's epsom salts?
